How to Apply

The following must be submitted to the Faculty of Graduate Studies:
1) application form,
2) official transcript or student history (must come directly from the Registrar's Office in a sealed envelope - web printouts and photocopies are not acceptable);
3) official transcripts from all other Universities attended must be attached to the application form before submitting the form to the applicant's Department. Students who do not have a "University of Manitoba Academic Record" may append one letter of reference from a person most knowledgeable about their academic work; these students must submit official transcripts of their academic record from all previous universities attended. Where "official" transcripts are impossible to obtain, a "certified true copy" (by the department) may be substituted; and
4) two letters of reference.
